SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SNOB GIRL AESTHESTICS!

Quick delivery of orders is paramount to us. We make sure we process, fulfill and ship your item(s) within 1-4 business days.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. (Please allow 5-7 days during Holiday season)

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. There are a few times we experience a high volume of orders; shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Our standard domestic shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We make use of USPS and delivery might take between 3-5 business days depending on your location.

  • Please do note that delivery delays beyond our control may occur. Therefore, you are to allow additional days for delivery.

  • Once your items are shipped, you will receive a “shipment confirmation email” containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours of fulfillment.

  • If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at your house.

  •       Snob Girl Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY.

  • All International orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days.

  • Once orders are shipped out, deliveries are expected within 7-20 days depending on your location.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Sometimes we experience a high volume of orders on international shipments, and deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Our standard international shipping rate is dependent on providers' current shipping costs and most times will be calculated according to actual weight.

  • If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at your house.

  • Snob Girl Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customers.                                          

  • NON-DELIVERABLES If for any reason your item is returned to Snob Girl Aesthetics as non-deliverable from the customers selected shipping carrier will be regarded as a returned item. Customers will automatically be issued a store credit less original shipping charge. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We promise to do everything within our capacity to make you a satisfied customer but at the same time you must adhere to our policies and procedures.

RETURNS

All of our products are of great quality and are as-is.

Snob Girl Aesthetics only accepts returns when items are defective or if you've received a product other than what you ordered.

We will gladly exchange wrong or defective item(s) within 10 days starting from the day you received the package. If item(s) are not returned (post-marked) within the 10-day deadline, your return request will be denied. No exceptions!

RETURN PROCESS

  • To initiate a return request, please fill out this form. You will find more instructions there.

  • If someone from the SNOB GIRL team approves your returns request, please follow these instructions:

  • Items must ship it back to us with your order within 10 days of receiving your shipment. 

  • You will be notified when your item gets to our store.

  • Once we received your return, we shall process a store credit within 5-10 business days. *We do not process direct exchanges. You will be issued store credit*

  • We reserve the right to inspect all returns to make sure your returned items are in an acceptable condition per this policy. Any packages arriving without Snob Girl Aesthetics acknowledgement, or approval will be denied and will not be considered for return/exchange and will only be returned to the sender at sender's’ expense. 

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGES

  • Items described as “sale” or "discounted" and true to what you ordered cannot be returned.

  • Items with unsealed package

  • Item that has been open or used.

  • All clearance items are not qualified for return.

  • Wrong orders/sizes received due to customer data entry error may be returned for store credit less shipping cost and must be shipped/returned at purchaser’s expense. These returns must meet physical criteria previously outlined***

  • Orders not received due to customer data entry error. 

 

Our approval team reserves the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and check if the item(s) meet our return requirements.

Any returns that fail our physical inspection will not be considered for return/exchange and will be only returned to the sender at sender's’ expense.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for all exchange item(s) that are not associated with company error.

  • In the case of free shipping, your refund will be subjected to reduction in relation to ground movement charges.
